Randall Barkowitz, CEO
Randall Barkowitz joined Safe-Guard Products in March 2008 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to CEO in April 2011. With experience spanning over 12 years, Randy has worked with companies such as MCI, BellSouth, Hypercom Corporation and Warranty Corporation of America. Prior to joining Safe-Guard Products, Randy served as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer for Warranty Corporation of America. His responsibilities included management of all finance and operations for WaCA (Norcross), Warranty Company of Canada (Montreal) and SatisFusion, Inc. (Peoria). In May of 2006, Randy completed the sale of Warranty Corporation to Asurion Corporation. Currently, he sits on the Board of Gramercy Insurance Company.

David A. Duncan, President
Dave Duncan has three decades of F&I experience at both the dealership level and in the ancillary products arena. As an executive with Safe-Guard, Dave has had a front-row seat to the dramatic transitions that have taken place in F&I and has played a contributing role in the introduction of many of the products now core to F&I offices throughout our industry. His approach offers a balance of dynamic sales and marketing techniques along with responsible risk management. Instrumental in growing Safe-Guard's OEM, general agent and national account business, Dave manages the deployment of turn-key programs for F&I business units. Prior to joining the Safe-Guard team, Dave was President & CEO of Diversified Automotive Group, a national general agency. He has received numerous accreditations focused on automotive, finance and business management, including AFIP Certification.

Bruce Bruce Herman, CFO
Bruce Herman joined Safe-Guard in 2012 as CFO. He is responsible for overseeing Safe-Guard's internal and external financial activities. His career includes finance positions at various public and private companies, beginning with 16 years at Ford Motor Company (including 12 years with Ford Credit and Ford's financial services operations) and three years as treasurer of Hexcel Corporation, a $1.2 billion international manufacturer of high-strength materials.

Bruce Kaizer Siraj, Senior Vice President, Information Technology
Kaizer Siraj brings more than 15 years of highly versatile leadership experience in information technology and other areas to Safe-Guard. He is responsible for overseeing Safe-Guard’s portfolio of technology platforms and technology-based product solutions. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, acquisition and integrations, customer care, marketing, and information technology. He has led global implementation, product launches and run software development centers across Asia, Europe and the Americas. Prior to joining the company in 2012, he managed consulting engagements, and worked in C-level leadership roles in companies within the wireless and warranty/insurance industries.

Gary Volino, Senior Vice President, Operations
Gary Volino joined Safe-Guard in 2004. Gary previously worked for Price Waterhouse in the Business Process Reengineering practice. While employed by Price Waterhouse, Gary performed business process reengineering and financial systems consulting for various Fortune 1000 companies. His experience includes Six Sigma, TQM and ISO certifications. Gary’s day-to-day activities include overseeing the Contract Processing, Cancellations, Claims and Information Technology departments. He focuses on continuous improvement within the departments to create efficiencies and make it easier to do business with Safe- Guard. Gary brings his 20 years of business process and financial experience to Safe-Guard operations.

Damon A. Wiener, Esq., Senior Vice President, General Counsel
Damon Wiener joined Safe-Guard in 2007 as Vice President and General Counsel. Damon has more than 13 years experience in the insurance and warranty industry. Damon began his career working for Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John W. Oxendine as an Enforcement Attorney and has subsequently held various legal positions supporting both the underwriter and administrator sides of the F&I business. Damon brings his industry expertise to Safe-Guard to oversee the Legal and Compliance Department and represent the company in various industry associations, such as the Motor Vehicle Ancillary Products Association (MVAPA), which he helped establish and currently serves as its President. He attended the University of Florida for both his undergraduate (bachelor’s degree in political science) and legal studies (juris doctorate).

Tony Catania, Director of Sales, OEM & National Accounts
Tony Catania is responsible for the support and growth of Safe-Guard's OEM and national partners, including working with various existing and new clients to develop and launch customized F&I ancillary products. Prior to joining Safe-Guard Products in February 2012, Tony had national sales and operations positions over a period of 12 years. He has worked in the automotive industry for 20 years, including retail management, territory management, product development, and account and field management. Tony is AFIP certified, and he conducts both classroom and individual training.

John B. Davenport, Vice President, Risk Management
John Davenport joined Safe-Guard Products in February 2007 as an Actuary and was promoted to Director of Risk Management and Chief Actuary in 2010. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has 10 years of experience in analytics and data mining. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, John was a Health and Welfare Actuarial Consultant with Hewitt Associates, LLC in its Atlanta office. His primary clients at Hewitt included The Home Depot, Georgia Pacific and The American Red Cross. Before working as an actuarial consultant, he was a Purchasing Analyst at CarMax, where he focused primarily on optimizing profitability of inventory sourced through Manheim and Adessaauctions. John graduated from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in economics.

Bruce Luis Garcia, Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Luis Garcia joined Safe-Guard Products in February 2008. Luis manages the agent channel and directs all Safe-Guard training initiatives, which focus on outreach to dealers and agents. He leads a team of trainers that help individual dealerships and agencies grow their F&I business. Luis has extensive product knowledge, menu selling mastery and objection handling expertise. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Luis was a top F&I director for one of the nation’s largest dealer groups, consistently ranking among the top 2 percent of the company’s F&I managers. Luis literally grew up in the automotive business, coming from a family that has owned and operated dealerships in Florida and Georgia. He has a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in finance and accounting.

Bruce Alan Moak, Vice President of Claims
Alan joined Safe-Guard in November of 2011 as Vice President of Claims. Alan is responsible for the complete administration of claims for all products offered by Safe- Guard. The Claims Department consists of six different teams totaling 75 people, supporting the claim from start to finish. Alan brings a unique combination of more than 30 years of retail and insurance experience within the automotive industry. Prior to Safe-Guard, Alan spent 24 years working in successful family-owned dealerships as part owner and executive manager. Most recently, Alan worked with a large insurance company, Assurant, as COO of the Extended Warranty Business Unit administering warranties on automotive and consumer goods across multiple locations and clients.

Bruce Brian Potter, Vice President of Sales
Brian Potter joined Safe-Guard as Vice President of Sales in January 2002. Brian is responsible for Safe-Guard’s internal sales team for its national strategic partners' consolidator channels. Brian has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry working with banks, captives, manufacturers and aftermarket providers. In addition to his expertise and experience, Brian is noted for his contributions in launching financial service companies including Hyundai Motor Finance, BMW Financial Services and AutoNation Financial Services.
