Tire & Wheel Claim Procedure

To initiate a new Tire & Wheel claim, please call the claims department for prior approval at 800-742-7896. The claims department hours of operation are 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Eastern Time Monday–Friday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday. To expedite your call, please have the following information readily available:

• Vehicle mileage
• Cause of failure to damaged items
• Lowest tread reading on any tires being claimed
• DOT numbers on any damaged tires
• Itemized parts/labor estimate

All replacement claims require prior approval before any work has been started. For tire repair claims, prior approval is not required for repairs $35 or less. For "no prior approval" tire repair claims, a copy of the signed final invoice must be faxed to the claims department at 678-553-1367 or 678-553-1355 within 30 days of the repair to avoid claim denial. For reimbursement once a claim has been approved, please fax the signed final invoice to 678-553-1367 or 678-553-1355. Payments are generally processed in 2 business days upon receipt of all documentation.
