Randy Barkowitz has over 16 years of executive leadership experience in the extended protection product space. Randy has been leading Safe-Guard since 2008 when he joined as CFO. He was named CEO of Safe-Guard Products in 2011 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Randy served as President of Warranty Corporation of America and COO of Asurion Extended Warranty.

Dave Duncan is part of the founding team of Safe-Guard. Dave brings to the company almost three decades of Finance & Insurance experience at both the dealership level and in the automotive protection products arena. Dave has direct responsibility for the company’s sales, marketing and business development efforts. Instrumental in growing the OEM, National Retail, and Agent channels for Safe-Guard, Dave helps guide the deployment of turn-key programs for F&I business units. Prior to joining the Safe-Guard team in 1992, Dave was President and CEO of Diversified Automotive Group, a national general agency, and held numerous management positions in automotive retail.

David Pryor joined Safe-Guard in 2013 bringing over 15 years of automotive OEM experience to our clients. Most recently David led the Jaguar brand in North America, prior to that he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Porsche Cars North America. He has served in a variety of roles in the automotive industry including marketing, product development, finance, aftersales and CRM. With his deep automotive and OEM experience, David oversees Account Management, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing.

Jeff Koenig brings to Safe-Guard over 30 years in the financial, insurance and warranty arenas. Jeff has served in senior financial and operational roles for both public companies and private equity backed organizations, including as COO/CFO of Beazley’s U.S. Operations and as CFO of Amerisafe, Meadowbrook, and Ability Resources. Earlier in his career, Jeff served in several senior financial positions for Executive Risk and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kaizer Siraj joined Safe-Guard in June of 2012 as Chief Information Officer and is responsible for overseeing Safe-Guard’s portfolio of technology platforms and technology-based product solutions. Kaizer brings more than 22 years of experience in information technology including strategic planning, acquisition and integrations, customer care and marketing. He has led global implementation, product launches and run software development centers across Asia, Europe and the Americas, including C-level leadership roles in companies within the wireless and warranty/insurance industries.

Damon Wiener joined Safe-Guard in 2007 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Damon has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and warranty industry. Damon began his career working for Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John W. Oxendine as an Enforcement Attorney and has subsequently held various legal positions supporting both the underwriter and administrator sides of the Finance & Insurance business. With his industry expertise, Damon oversees the Safe-Guard Legal and Compliance Department and represents the company in various industry associations, such as the Motor Vehicle Protection Products Association (MVPPA), which he helped establish and currently serves as its President. He is also an active member of SCIC and GAPA and currently serves as Board Member with CCIA.

Jardon Bouska joined Safe-Guard in early 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. Jardon is responsible for leading Safe-Guard’s day to day operations including call center operations, claims administration, contract processing, and supply chain management. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked in strategic management, business development and daily operations on both the corporate and entrepreneurial side. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Jardon was the Division President for Biller Solutions at FISERV, which offers electronic billing and payment technologies.

Sylvia Taylor joined Safe-Guard in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Sylvia is an experienced human resources leader who has operated in both U.S. and International environments including The Weather Channel, AutoTrader.com, General Motors, PepsiCo, ExxonMobil, and Target. Sylvia is a member of The Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF) and has served on the Executive Advisory Board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAHR). Sylvia has also been honored as one of the “Top 10 Breakaway Leaders” by the Global Human Resources Leadership Summit. In 2016, Sylvia received the “Most Powerful and Influential Woman” award from the National Diversity Council and in 2016 was also named as one of the “Top Influential Women in Corporate America” by Savoy Magazine.
