Log in to the Portal, go to eContracting, then View/Edit/Remit eContracts. You can view the contracts that have been remitted by clicking on “View Submitted eContracts.”
To ensure that your customers have uninterrupted coverage, as well as business processing efficiency, Customer Agreements should be remitted to us on a weekly basis. We must receive all production by the last business day of the month to be counted for that business month.
Go to the New User Request page (click here) to request an Account. We will review your Account request within 24 hours.

When you log into your account, go to “Login/Account,” then to “Modify Account Info.” Modify account now. There, you can change any account information, including your email address.

Yes, we offer a convenient eContracting option. Please visit the Portal and create an account. Once your account is created, click on the eContracting link. There, you will find the option to sign up for eContracting.

Filing a claim with Safe-Guard is simple and easy.
If you are a dealer, there are 3 ways to initiate a claim with Safe-Guard. You can either:
1. Call us at 800-890-7211
2. Initiate a claim online
3. Utilize the Safe-Guard Tire & Wheel Mobile Claims App. iTunes Google Play
You can check your claim status online. All you need is your claim number OR the last 7 digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN), and the customer’s ZIP/Postal Code.

The dealership may be responsible for the pending claim. However, it may be possible to activate the contract for future claims. Please contact us at 866-541-0088 and we will be happy to assist you.
If you would like to add a PDR or Windshield repair technician to our network, please download the Paintless Dent Repair Network Application and complete the documents.

No, the Safe-Guard Tire & Wheel Claims App is free and provided to deliver an efficient claims solution and drive customer satisfaction.
Open the Safe-Guard Tire & Wheel Claims app, click on the link “forgot password” or “forgot user name” to retrieve your password.

Late remittance agreements are automatically sent out to Dealers when a contract is remitted outside of the contractually required timeframe. The late remittance agreement includes a 30-day indemnification which begins on the date Safe-Guard receives the signed agreement and the late fee. For additional questions, please call 866-541-0088.
