Randy Barkowitz

Randy Barkowitz
Randy Barkowitz has more than 16 years of executive leadership experience in the extended protection product space. Randy has been leading Safe-Guard since 2008 when he joined as CFO. He was named CEO of Safe-Guard Products in 2011 and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Randy served as President of Warranty Corporation of America and COO of Asurion Extended Warranty. Randy was named Executive Chairman in 2024.

David Pryor

David Pryor
David Pryor joined Safe-Guard in 2013, bringing with him over 15 years of automotive OEM experience to benefit our clients. Prior to his tenure at Safe-Guard, David was at the helm of the Jaguar brand in North America. Earlier, he held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Porsche Cars North America. His diverse experience in the automotive industry spans marketing, product development, finance, aftersales, and CRM. Leveraging his extensive automotive and OEM background, David is responsible for account management, product management, business development, and marketing at Safe-Guard.

Darin Cline

Darin Cline
Darin Cline joined Safe-Guard in 2024 as Chief Operating Officer. Darin is responsible for leading Safe-Guard’s day-to-day operations including call center operations, claims administration, contract processing, and supply chain management. With over 20 years of financial services experience, he has worked in strategic management, business development, and daily operations in both corporate and startups. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Darin held leadership roles at Capital One and Goldman Sachs.

Kaizer Siraj

Kaizer Siraj
Kaizer Siraj became a part of Safe-Guard in June 2012 as Chief Information Officer, responsible for the oversight of Safe-Guard’s Protection Products Platform and technology-driven solutions. With more than 22 years of expertise in information technology, Kaizer's experience encompasses strategic planning, acquisition and integrations, customer care, and marketing. He has spearheaded global implementations, product launches, and managed software development centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. His experience includes C-level leadership roles in companies within the wireless and warranty/insurance sectors.

Sylvia Taylor

Sylvia Taylor
Sylvia Taylor, an experienced HR professional, joined Safe-Guard Products International in 2013 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With a diverse work background, Sylvia has operated in various U.S. and international environments, including for The Weather Channel, AutoTrader.com, General Motors, PepsiCo, ExxonMobil, and Target. Sylvia is an active member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF) and has served on the executive advisory board of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). Recognized for her achievements, Sylvia has been honored with several awards, including being named one of the Top 10 Breakaway Leaders by the Global Human Resources Leadership Summit and receiving the Most Powerful and Influential Woman award from the National Diversity Council. Additionally, she was recognized as one of the Top Influential Women in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.

Joe Zhang

Joe Zhang
Joe Zhang has been Safe-Guard’s Chief Financial Officer since 2024. At Safe-Guard since 2013, he previously served as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics where he led sales analytics, corporate development, and strategic planning, contributing to key milestones, such as the acquisition of Dealer Solutions and Design. With expertise in finance and strategy, Joe focuses on fostering strategic alignment across departments and ensuring operational excellence. Committed to innovation and growth, he leverages Safe-Guard’s strong financial foundation to deliver exceptional value to partners and customers.

Damon Wiener

Damon Wiener
Damon Wiener has been with Safe-Guard since 2007, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. With over two decades of experience in the insurance and warranty sector, Damon began his career as an enforcement attorney for Georgia Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner John W. Oxendine. He has since held various legal roles supporting both underwriter and administrator aspects of the finance & insurance industry. Leveraging his industry knowledge, Damon heads the Legal and Compliance Department and is actively involved in various industry associations. He played a key role in establishing the Motor Vehicle Protection Products Association (MVPPA), where he currently serves as President. Additionally, he is an active member of the Service Contract Industry Council (SCIC) and the Guaranteed Asset Protection Alliance (GAPA), and serves as a board member with the Consumer Credit Industry Association (CCIA).

Alen Gong

Alen Gong
Alen Gong, Safe-Guard’s Chief Risk Officer, has been with the company since 2016, driving the modernization of its Risk Management function. Previously serving as chief actuary, he ensured the sustainability and performance of Safe-Guard’s protection products portfolio. In his new role, Alen leverages his expertise in actuarial science, financial risk management, and the F&I industry to strengthen risk mitigation strategies. He also leads data governance efforts, utilizing Safe-Guard’s industry-leading data to support innovation and client growth.
